Synopsis

 

Devon, a sweet 10 year-old Vincentian child loses what is dearest to him, a ball that he has had since he was a child. When Devon paints a seagull on it the ball suddenly acquires life and sneaks away. Endowed now with a personality and a voice the ball gets lost, then embarks on a trip around the country experiencing the range of human emotions: loss, identity crisis, fear and the exhilaration in adventure. Devon is distraught and devastated by the loss of his companion and goes searching for it. After several life challenging encounters the ball finally finds its way home and returns to Devon with a lesson. A richer friendship seems to emerge.
